As a dynamic and visionary policy consultant, Joanna has over a decade of experience advancing equity through strategic initiatives. She navigates complex political landscapes, distinguishing between pure policy and partisan motivations, and upholds traditional values through a progressive lens.

Holding a Master of Public Administration and Juris Doctor, Joanna combines robust academic knowledge with practical experience. She has led numerous political and educational events, made data accessible to drive positive outcomes, and written or consulted on a myriad of legislation across the nation. Driven to serve communities, Joanna is eager to impact policy and administration with curiosity, excellence, and empathy. 

Throughout her career, Joanna has developed impactful strategies for legal and community improvements. Her work engages diverse movements and political dynamics with professionalism and compassion. As an adjunct professor, she fosters students' understanding of public narratives, government, the Constitution, and ethics. She also supports and organizes national legal clinics.

Beyond her professional life, Joanna is active in community initiatives, local groups, speaking engagements, and simply supporting individuals. Originally from California and now exploring Tennessee, Joanna enjoys visiting family, church activities, paddleboarding, and sharing stories about her 25+ year-old pet turtle.
